If you feel this is irrelevant, we are able to update our records with the organisation’s preferred contact person. Payment information is not stored within our site, these details are passed to a payment gateway for secure processing. We do not share or distribute your information to third party vendors, except our payment gateway who processes billing.
You are able to access the details you have provided on your back office My Account area, excluding your payment details which are stored on the payment gateway.

In these circumstances reach out to our team at email@example.com for us to follow the due process of deleting your details from our database, which will include a reply from us confirming our action taken. Please ensure that you have received a ticket number confirming your inquiry. We do aim to respond as timeously as possible.
Please note that even if we delete your information, it may still persist on back-ups, archive and / or other business critical information for tax reasons, or for legitimate and lawful business purposes.
